主要科研領域與方向

1. 基於昆蟲-植物互作的動物營養利用調控機製研究

從鱗翅目昆蟲-植物二元系統協同進化關系入手,整合基因組學、分子生物學➖、遺傳學和生物化學等研究手段🏌️‍♀️,系統研究調控昆蟲進食和營養消化的分子機製,為提升有益昆蟲(家蠶)營養利用效率和防控有害昆蟲提供思路和分子靶標。比較分析昆蟲與哺乳動物營養利用調控機製的異同點,開發調節動物飽腹感及體重增減等與人類健康緊密相關的高附加值生物製劑🪨🧙🏽‍♂️。

2. 基於基因工程的植物品種素材創製

在解析植物抗蟲🤵🏽、抗逆等分子調控機製的基礎上🏋️,通過CRISPR/Cas9基因編輯、過表達等手段對相應基因表達水平進行調控,在現行植物品種上定向創製更加優良的品種素材。


科學成就

1. 建立了基於轉基因RNAi和增量表達抗病毒蛋白的家蠶抗病分子育種技術體系🌌,製作獲得了對家蠶核型多角體病毒(BmNPV)具有增強抗性的轉基因家蠶素材數個🦸🏿。

2. 作為主研人員🧏‍♀️🖕🏿,全程參與了家蠶全基因組基因芯片的研製。參加了西南大學主持的家蠶基因組計劃及“十一五”🪣、“十二五”家蠶“973”、“863”、“948”及國家自然科學基金重點項目☘️。

3. 主持國家重點研發計劃子課題🐹、國家自然科學基金、重慶市自然科學基金🚅、重慶市基礎科學與前沿技術研究項目、中央高校科研業務費等各類科研項目20余項。近年來已在國內外高水平期刊發表論文30余篇,參與編寫專著2部🧝🏿‍♀️;獲得專利授權10余項🤮,其中第一專利權人7項🤏🏻。任教育部學位論文評審專家及全國研究生教育評估監測專家🧗🏼‍♂️。
