陳海👨🏻‍💻,男,西南大學食品科學天辰副教授,中國科協青年托舉人才🙆🏿‍♂️,重慶市科技特派員🧘‍♂️,重慶市農產品加工協會技術專家委員會專家,Foods期刊客座編輯,《食品研究與開發》青年編委🧸,《化學科學與工程》期刊編委🧚🏿,重慶市錢江食品(集團)有限公司專家顧問。主持中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”項目☺️、國家自然科學基金青年基金、重慶市自然科學基金面上基金等項目,已經在Chemical Engineering Journal👩🏻‍🏫🧑🏽‍💻、Biotechnology AdvancesFood ChemistryFood Hydrocolloids👩‍🦼‍➡️、Journal of Colloid and Interface ScienceTrends in Food Science and Technology等高水平期刊上發表論文60余篇❇️🎄。擔任Critical Reviews in Food Science and NutritionFood hydrocolloidsFood Chemistry等期刊審稿專家。

主要從事肉製品加工、食品副產物綜合利用🏌🏿‍♂️、食物大分子結構設計及營養因子創製應用研究,主持中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”項目🩵、國家自然科學基金青年基金、重慶市自然科學基金面上基金、天津科技大學省部共建食品營養與安全國家重點實驗室開放課題等項目🤟🏿👫🏻。協助企業完成動物皮等副產物綜合利用與產品開發👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨、肉製品發酵工藝優化及健康化升級,完成holoferritin的半生物合成及功能特性研究🌃、乳化型holoferritin富鐵功能因子創製及理論研究🐂、蛋白結構理性設計及營養因子構建等研究→。
